Will Trowse assumed the role as Managing Director of Richard Pike Associates in May 2016, after three years of building the development team at Hamson Barron Smith for Norwich City Council's Passivhaus projects.

He has been involved in architecture since 1989 and is an experienced architectural team leader and development manager.
