RPA Planning offers a service to architects, surveyors and technical advisors of clients, as well as to applicants themselves, which aims to “get behind the problems” which may arise during the process of dealing with planning authorities.

RPA Planning is able to provide an insight into the complexities that are part of the planning process. It specialises in coming to terms with the real issues which come into play with any planning application, isolating those which cause problems and suggesting ways forward – with the aim of removing the obstacles to a successful conclusion.

• Preapring feasibility study and carrying out negotiations with the Local Planning Authority;

• Balancing the responses from sub-contractors, consultees & LPA, and advising client
• Preparing and submitting planning application documents;

• Advising the client on planning processes and tactics;
• Reviewing the planning decision and advising the client of any issues that arise;
• Supporting the client post-planning;
• Preparing and monitoring LDF representations;
• Dealing with planning appeals.
